Primoris on the road
Participation DeLOG meeting autumn 2017
Knowledge is one of the pillars Primoris works on on a daily basis. Due to the high specialization in fruit and vegetables, Primoris is also represented in numerous working groups. One of them is the German community for fruit and vegetables DeLOG (Deutsche Laborgemeinschaft für Obst und Gemüse) of the DFHV (Deutscher Fruchthandelsverband e.V.).
Hans Braeckman, head of product management and development of Primoris, participated in this meeting. During this edition there was amongst others a meeting with mister Kamphausen of QS, the German quality system for food Qualität und Sicherheit, about the organization and evaluation of lab competence tests of QS and questions about the QS database.

Succesful QS proficiency test autumn 2017: recognition extended!
In autumn of 2017, Primoris successfully took part in the annual QS ring test. Thanks to the great result of this proficiency test, the QS recognition of Primoris has been renewed with ease for 2018. Moreover, for more then 10 years in a row, Primoris has succeeded to maintain and renew the QS recognition. Through this recognition Primoris shows that even additional requirements are met, such as a wide accreditation scope, content of the analyses and good results in QS and other proficiency tests.
Busy sales days: presence at Fruit Logistica and BioFach
February is traditionally a busy month for our sales team due to several international fairs and trade shows. Primoris sent a team to two of the biggest international events of early spring: Fruit Logistica (Berlin), the most important trade show for in the international fresh produce industry, and BioFach (Nuremberg), the world's largest trade fair for organic food and agriculture.
We think it’s important to stay close to our customers and that’s why we want to meet our customers personally during these trade shows.
