Acrylamide - Method update

At Primoris we dedicate ourself to continuous improvement, as well as a strong service and support for our customers. Due to the efforts of our in-house R&D team, we can now offer a drastically lower reporting time for the analysis of acrylamide, as well as a lowered reporting limit. We are implementing these changes on 24/04/2023, you can find an overview in the table below.

Apart from the current legislation the European Commission also published the EC recommendation 2019/1888 listing various matrices that should be monitored on the presence of acrylamide in certain foods, for example rice crackers, vegetable crisps, roasted cocoa beans and derived cocoa products, ... As a reliable partner, we can also support you in the analysis of all these matrices.
